Broccoli Detox Soup


  • 5 cups of broccoli florets
  • 3 chopped celery stalks
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 carrots (peeled and chopped)
  • 2 cups of vegetable or bone broth
  • A cup of kale or spinach
  • Squeezed juice of half a lemon
  • ½ teaspoon of sea salt

Red Lentil Soup


  • 2 sweet potatoes, chopped
  • 1 chopped apple
  • 1chopped onion
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • Half a cup of red lentils, rinsed
  • ¼ cup of coconut oil, olive oil, or ghee
  • ½ teaspoon of chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon of paprika
  • ½ teaspoon of ground cumin
  • Four and a half cups of bone or vegetable broth
  • 1-inch minces ginger root
  • Sea salt and black pepper (at preference)
  • Coconut cream (optional)

Method of Preparation:

Start with warming up the olive oil in a pot, but do it on medium heat. Then, include the apple, carrots, potatoes, and onion and cook them for 10 minutes. After that add the lentils, broth, cumin, chili powder, ginger, and paprika and leave the soup to boil. Let it simmer for half an hour or till it gets soft.
